The Placement Manager is a key player in the success of EIM’s University Partner (UP) business. EIM partners with leading colleges and universities to “power” hybrid, accelerated doctorate programs in healthcare (DPT, OTD, SLP and PA programs). The person in this role will drive growth in our UP business by ensuring high-quality student placements for EIM UP students. Working closely with the department and senior leadership, the ideal candidate will help foster “lifelong learners” through our cutting-edge clinical education operations.

Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities: (Include but are not limited to the following)
- Own University Partner clinical faculty relationship, delivery of service and results.
- Provide direction and oversight for UP Clinical Education Placement team including contract management and workforce management KPI’s and metrics.
- Recruit, coach and develop Placement team. Coach team for behavior to drive resilience to change, solutions-oriented thinking and accountability and placement results.
- Manage lead pipeline to ensure opportunities are captured and executed.
- Actively participate in and promote the development of cross-functional initiatives.
- Grow and manage EIM’s placement strategy to ensure slot requests convert to student placements with our University Partner programs.
- Report weekly placement progress to Director of Clinical Operations for all partnerships in purview.
- Appropriately escalate pacing and partner concerns to the Director of Clinical operations.
- Regularly strategize and pivot to promote optimal team performance.
- Work closely with peer leaders and Director to streamline and standardize internal processes.
- Promote the professional development of staff under your charge.
- Grow network of sites to meet the needs of oncoming students and partnerships.
- Monitor, audit and provide feedback on processes and systems that ensure consistent UP student placement experience and contract management, with adherence to established timeline.
- Perform and share quantitative analysis throughout the clinical placements process to aid in strategic planning.
- Collaborates with Admissions Manager to ensure seamless handoff of student support from the admissions team to the clinical education team.
- Work with Clinical Education Operations Manager to ensure systems and processes are efficient in maintaining accurate records within departmental technology platforms and systems for all clinical site contracts and data.
- Serves as POC for student placement efforts for EIM ProPartners as directed by Director of Clinical Operations
- Develop, participate and present in monthly clinical education meetings with partner programs to deliver results and reporting insights.
- Adhere to strict data compliance to protect student privacy and University Partners
- Occasional travel may be required.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 5 years of experience in relevant field
Requirements

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google, and other productivity enhanced applications
- 3 years experience using Salesforce, Student Information Systems or similar platforms
- 3 years people management experience
- Knows how to get stuff done
- Ability to marshal resources, use resources effectively and efficiently.
- Can be counted on to motivate enrollment team to exceed goals successfully
