Overview
Associate Director of Admissions - Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Director of Admissions to oversee the recruitment process for EIM’s University Partner programs. EIM partners with universities to help them develop graduate level healthcare programs (Doctor of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy Doctorate, Speech Language Pathology and Physician Assistant) that are delivered in a hybrid, accelerated curriculum format. The Associate Director of Admissions plays a key leadership role in the recruitment and admissions process, supporting the strategic enrollment goals of EIM's University Partners. This individual will oversee recruitment efforts, application review, and yield strategies while managing a team of admissions managers and professionals. The Associate Director will also collaborate with EIM’s marketing team and University Admissions faculty and stakeholders to enhance student engagement and ensure a seamless admissions process.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, coach and develop admissions managers to drive optimal enrollment results while promoting resilience to change, solution-oriented thinking and accountability
- Develop and execute strategic enrollment plans that include managing the admissions process, from initial interest to seat deposit, promoting conversion rates and funnel velocity through team performance.
- Provide direction and oversight to Admissions team including workforce management, KPI’s, metrics, partner relations, training and profesional development.
- Review and evaluate progress to goals and outcomes for each program in purview, ensuring success measures are met and implementing improvement plans where they are not.
- Analyze results and make data driven decisions to develop strategies to continuously improve processes and results.
- Work with Admissions Managers to ensure systems and processes are efficient in maintaining accurate records within departmental technology platforms and systems lead and applicaiton data.
- Effectively communicate pacing, forecasting, and partner escalations to the Director of Admissions and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Oversee and approve monthly admissions partner presentations ensuring delivery of results and reporting insights.
- Develop and maintain relationships with university faculty and leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments, including EIM marketing team to ensure a seamless and engaging process for prospective students.
- Support coordination and hosting of partner onboarding sessions inclusive of strategic planning for admissions application launches.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in admissions management.
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and external regulations related to admissions.
- Represent the institution at recruitment events, college fairs, and other outreach activities.
- Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as necessary.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in admissions, recruitment, or a related field, with direct leadership and team management experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and admissions software (e.g., Liaison Central Application Service, Slate, Banner) preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
