Minimum Qualifications :
- Proven experience in a Dental setting, of 2 or more years.
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical documentation.
- Familiarity with insurance verification and claims processes.
- Proficiency in using EMR systems and other dental software.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.
