As a Treatment Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our practice, bridging the gap between our patients and their optimal dental health. You will be responsible for managing patient treatment plans, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that each patient understands their treatment options and financial obligations. Minimum Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a Dental setting, of 2 or more years.
  • Strong knowledge of dental terminology and clinical documentation.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and claims processes.
  • Proficiency in using EMR systems and other dental software.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance.

Preferred Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years experience in a dental setting.
  • Knowledge of periodontics and dental implant procedures.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • A desire for professional development, in a management role.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Maintain office email and connect with all new referrals within 24-48 hours.
  • Schedule and coordinate patient appointments in a timely manner, to ensure a full schedule and meet daily productivity goals.
  • Look for opportunities to provide Same Day Surgeries (SDS)
  • Verify insurance coverage, Health History Forms, and necessary radiographs are accurate and present.
  • Present treatment plans, communicate treatment costs and financial responsibilities to patients.
  • Collect patient copays and follow up on uncollected amounts.
  • Reappoint patients and concentrate on filling current day first, next day second etc.
  • Maintain up-to-date patient records and clinical documentation in the EMR system
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations, maintaining patient confidentiality and privacy.
  • Assist with billing processes, resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • Assist Office Manager as needed.

Your proficiency in using EMR systems and dental software will enable you to accurately document patient information and assist with insurance Inquiries. Overall, your skills in telephone etiquette, dental terminology, and clinical documentation will contribute to a positive patient experience and the success of the practice on a daily basis.

    Full benefit package with monthly bonus incentives.

    Tuesday - Friday No more than 40 hours a week.
