Position Overview

We are seeking motivated and results-driven Solar Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Rep, you will educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy, generate leads, and close deals. You will be part of a dynamic sales organization with access to top-tier training, strong marketing support, and a lucrative commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Educate homeowners and businesses on the benefits of solar energy
• Generate leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and company-provided opportunities
• Conduct in-person or virtual consultations with potential customers
• Assess customer needs and customize solar solutions
• Present financing options and help customers make informed decisions
• Close sales and meet/exceed monthly targets
• Attend weekly training sessions and team meetings
• Maintain strong follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth process for customers

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior sales experience in solar, home improvement, or related industries preferred (but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn
• Ability to build relationships and network effectively
• Comfortable working in a commission-based sales environment
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) License (or willingness to obtain)
