**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**: Actively seek and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and outreach to potential customers in the solar and roofing markets.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct in-home or virtual presentations to explain the benefits of solar energy solutions and roofing services, addressing client concerns and answering questions.
- **Consultation & Solution Selling**: Assess customer needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their unique requirements, including solar panel installations, roofing services, and financing options.
- **Negotiation & Closing**: Handle negotiations, prepare contracts, and close sales in a timely and professional manner.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Reporting**: Track and report on sales activities and results, keeping management updated on progress and challenges.

**Qualifications**:
