We’re looking for a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team and help demonstrate the power and value of Evo Security’s solutions to prospective MSP partners.

Position Overview:

The Sales Engineer plays a vital role in the sales process by acting as the technical expert and trusted advisor to potential and existing MSP partners. You’ll work closely with our sales team to deliver compelling product demonstrations, address technical questions, and ensure MSPs understand how Evo Security can meet their unique challenges. This position is perfect for someone with a strong technical background who loves engaging with customers and solving real-world problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and technical deep dives for prospective MSP partners.
  • Serve as the go-to technical resource for the sales team, providing expertise on Evo Security’s offerings.
  • Assist MSP partners in evaluating and implementing Evo Security’s solutions.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical inquiries with clear and concise documentation.
  • Stay updated on Evo Security’s product roadmap and provide customer feedback to influence future developments.
  • Represent Evo Security at industry events, webinars, and trade shows, showcasing our technical expertise.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, preferably in cybersecurity or IT services.
  • Strong understanding of the MSP business model and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Proficiency in explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience with authentication, identity management, or endpoint security solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoom, or other CRM and presentation platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and company gatherings.
