As a Social Media Community Manager, you will be integral to our digital conversations. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Content Mastery: Craft and execute innovative content strategies that boost visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Community Engagement: Cultivate and nurture our online communities. Engage in meaningful dialogues, manage feedback, and swiftly address issues to maintain our clients’ positive brand images.
• Campaign Strategy: Work closely with our management team to design and refine social media campaigns, utilizing both organic and paid strategies to enhance reach and impact.
• Data-Driven Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics. Leverage this data to develop actionable strategies that highlight ROI and promote continuous improvement.
• Innovative Research: Keep abreast of the latest trends and tools in social media, experimenting with new methods to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management, ideally in an agency or corporate setting.
• Proficient with a range of social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO and its integration in social media strategies.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
• Skilled in digital creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experienced with Generative AI platforms for content creation.
• Demonstrated track record of crafting compelling social media content and fostering engagement.
• Creative and strategic thinker with proven success in social media campaigns.
