About the Program:
Evoke Behavioral Health’s South Denver campus serves children ages 1-12 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, intellectual/developmental disabilities, and co-occurring psychiatric diagnoses. This program provides comprehensive treatment to increase functional skills (communication, self-help, self-management, group skills) and decrease challenging behavior that could compromise that child's quality of life. Evoke Behavioral Health is a full-time, center-based, year-round program running 8:00-4:00 Monday-Friday.
About the Position:
Evoke Behavioral Health is hiring a BCBA - Clinical Supervisor for our South Center, located in the University Hills neighborhood of Denver.
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for the clinical case management for individuals participating in the program. Clinical case management includes all components of ABA services, from conducting initial assessments and developing goals/treatment plan, to the training and supervision of Behavior Technicians, to collaborating with the interdisciplinary team and providing parent/caregiver training.
Job Duties:
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Assist with implementation, clinical support, and crisis response as needed.
- Responsible for on-going maintenance, updates, and oversight of assigned cases.
- Provide supervision to RBTs, Behavior Specialists, and students in their ABA coursework.
- Participate in, and periodically lead, clinical and team meetings.
- Keep accurate documentation, including session notes, progress reports, and incident reports.
- Provide parent/caregiver training.
- Maintain a clinical caseload of 6-8 clients.
- Other relevant duties assigned by your supervisor.
Required Qualifications:
- Current BCBA Certification in good standing.
- Master's degree or higher in a related field.
- Experience training and supervising Behavior Technicians.
- Experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
- Experience completing standardized assessments.
- Experience with treatment planning and behavior plan development.
- Ability and willingness to pass a state and federal background check.
- Current TB test and occupational physical. (Paid by Company)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid CO driver's license.
- Ability to repeatedly go from squatting and kneeling to standing.
- Ability to run, jump, pivot, and go up and down stairs without restrictions.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to implement, with provided training, the entire Safety Care curriculum (physical management) without restrictions.
- Ability to complete required documentation electronically with provided technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years BCBA experience.
- Experience working with a variety of ages, diagnoses, and abilities.
- Experience treating challenging behavior.
- Experience working on an interdisciplinary team.
- Experience working with children with co-occurring diagnoses.
- Experience with CentralReach.
- Experience with functional analysis.
