Working closely with our founders in a fast-paced environment, you’ll transform strategic visions into actionable results—driving projects, hitting ambitious targets, and building something extraordinary with a dedicated team. We’re looking for a high-performing leader who:
- Bring 5 years of regional or operations leadership experience, experience in mobile home communities required.

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable processes for mobile home communities, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
- Define roles and responsibilities to promote accountability and integrity.
- Mentor and manage Regional Managers, overseeing property operations and performance metrics.
- Implement KPIs to track and improve team and property outcomes, aligning with financial goals and resident satisfaction.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide coaching, and create property-specific improvement plans.
- Visit properties for inspections and team engagement as needed.
- Design training programs to foster a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Collaborate with founders to translate strategic vision into actionable plans and contribute to long-term success.
Qualifications
- 5 years of leadership experience in mobile home property management
- Strong track record of building teams and achieving operational excellence.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in property management software and CRMs.
