Evoke is seeking a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities :
- Serves as subject matter expert, possessing in-depth knowledge of IT management, mission-driven IT governance and Federal IT portfolio management.
- Expert knowledge of federal policies for Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), including Technology Business Management (TBM) and EPLC requirements to support NIH's IT Investment Portfolio and ensure ongoing compliance with GAO, OMB, HHS, Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environments, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that need extensive knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
