Evoke is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Program Manager, providing oversight for multiple projects
- Develop detailed project plans (i.e., schedules and resource plans)
- Coordinate with project team(s) and government stakeholders to track, consolidate, and provide project / task status updates
- Assist with risk management, quality control, and issue resolution
- Conduct and monitor data calls, and support data collection activities and analysis
- Provide recommendations for continuous process improvement
- Draft and maintain standard operating procedures to comply with client's internal procedures and policies
- Support document preparation, meeting planning and facilitation support (e.g. : scheduling, prepare briefing packages, recording minutes, drafting and distributing after action reports)
- Track project milestones, consolidate data from multiple teams, and provide routine status updates
- Maintain records of program activities, ensuring compliance with federal regulations
