• Job Description :
• We have a wonderful Full-Time opportunity to join our Evoke Wellness Massachusetts team as a Master Level Clinical Therapist or Licensed Clinician.

The primary function of this position is to provide individual, group, and family therapy in helping to guide patients through their early stages of recovery. The Clinical therapist will collaborate with the treatment team to formulate the Master Treatment Plan and assist in coordinating discharge planning to support the patient.

• Knowledge of EMR system, Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)
• License / Certification :
• Licensure to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health counselor and / or Certified Addiction Professional in the State of Massachusetts.
• Education / Work Experience
• Master’s degree in mental health field from an accredited institution, and / or equivalent work experience in a similar role.
• Work Environment :
• Works in a professional environment including professional offices, clinics, hospitals, or out-patient facilities.
• Physical Demands :
• While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
