Job Opportunity
We have a wonderful Full-Time opportunity to join our Evoke Wellness at Hilliard team as a Licensed Assessment Clinician.
Responsibilities:
- Provides behavioral health screenings and assessments with clients
- Provides treatment planning in coordination with the client, family, and other key team members
- Documents assessments and treatment plans timely, clearly, and concisely in the electronic health record per Evoke standards that comply with all accrediting regulatory agencies
- Maintains all records and patient information in a confidential manner according to Evoke standards
- Actively participates in staff trainings/meetings
Requirements:
- Licensure to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling in the State of Ohio
- Master's degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution
- Experience in mental health and addiction environments
