What You’ll Be Doing :
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health care software development and a passion for creating user-centered designs that improve the overall user experience. The primary focus of this role will be to work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement intuitive, efficient, and engaging user interfaces for our Utilization Management health care workflow applications. User research and design system maintenance will be secondary areas of focus. User interface design will be a combination of net-new workflow design and reimagination of existing workflows.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop wireframes and prototypes in Figma based on user goals and product needs.
- Leverage and evolve a nascent design system that leverages the Telerik UI component library and design system for Blazor.
- Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers.
- Collaborate with software engineers to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology.
- Create personas through user research and data.

Technical Requirements :
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home : High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. The expected base salary / wage range for this position is $100,000 - 120,000. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
