What are the responsibilities and job description for the CRM Marketing Automation Manager position at Evolus?

We are seeking a CRM/Marketing Automation Manager to support the development of customer-centric programs and drive profitable, long-term relationships. Reporting to the Manager, CRM, this individual will be responsible for the management and flawless execution of conversion programs and retention campaigns using marketing automation tactics across email and SMS to achieve specific objectives while maintaining a cohesive omnichannel customer experience. The individual would be occasionally required to work on consumer programs, too.
Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Develop lifecycle marketing strategies that identify valuable customers and opportunities that drive increased engagement and revenue.
- Manage Email calendar and create and continually refine and help optimize professional and direct-to-consumer communications (including email and SMS) using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Identify segments and create journey maps to set up lead nurture campaigns/ existing customer workflows using journey builder
- Implement retention strategies for both professional and consumer by segmentation, journey mapping, and setting up workflows based on the different stages
- Administers marketing campaigns; tests and analyzes workflow, lead generation, nurturing, and lead scoring; and identifies tactics for improvement
- Create segments and data extension for the sends and journeys.
- Create contact to deliver enhanced solutions and/or new recommendations to build the customer experience with line-of-site toward measuring and improving results.
- Create landing pages on SFMC for consumer campaigns. Create standard work for marketing automation, lead generation, list management, and CRM integration
- Utilize data insights to drive customer-centric action plans and first-party data activations.
- Manage the distribution and presentation of email and automation reporting/dashboard and status
- Partner with media and platform/site teams to drive development omnichannel programs and campaigns.
- Manage external agency and multiple vendor relationships as related to marketing automation
- Support on consumer marketing automation and email programs as and when required.
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- 4 years of experience in marketing automation
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must
- Must be comfortable with CRM software Salesforce and possess web development and digital design skills (HTML at a minimum).
- Writing SQL queries to build data extension in SFMC
- Extensive experience acquired at pharmaceutical or consulting companies with demonstrated expertise in the areas of CRM and Marketing automation.
- Strong planning and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong process/project management, communications, and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills and knowledge of SFMC.
- Able to work in a complex matrix organization.
- Flexible and can quickly adapt to unexpected changes; self-motivated
- Knowledge of data management policies and procedures.
- Understand the business flow of information in systems.
- Understanding knowledge of SFDC and the integration of objects to SFMC in order to build out journey automations.
- Broader platform experience, e.g., Salesforce marketing cloud would be a plus

Compensation & Total Rewards
The expected pay range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on several considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
