Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
- Support the HR Operations & Total Rewards teams with day-to-day activities
- Manage the HR email inbox, providing first-tier support and best-in-class communication
- Serve as a go-to resource for new hires and employees throughout the employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, policies, benefits, and more
- Ensure compliance with Form I-9, E-Verify, and re-verifications for both onsite and remote team members
- Maintain accurate records and perform regular audits of our HRIS and employee files
- Assist with HRIS data entry, uploads, and reporting
- Own employee record management and process updates to employee demographic info
- Support HR programs like benefits enrollment, training, and wellness events
- Keep resources on SharePoint or other intranet tools organized and up to date
- Open and manage incoming mail for the HR team
- Provide support on compensation, benefits, and HR systems initiatives
- Administer Culture Champion Awards and Service Awards programs
- Jump in on HR projects and provide administrative support as needed
Skills and Qualifications Required for this Dynamic Team Member:
- A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of HR Coordinator experience
- Familiarity with HRIS systems (1–2 years preferred)
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality and discretion
- Impressive organizational skills and sharp attention to detail
- A collected presence in a fast-moving environment
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills—you’re a people person
- Strong judgment on when to escalate or loop in teammates
- A positive, professional approach that adds to our culture of GIFT (Grit, Impact, Fun, and Transparency)
- Solid skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

- Location: Newport Beach, CA. Hybrid work schedule: Monday & Friday remote, Tuesday–Thursday onsite
This is a Non-Exempt position. The expected pay for this position is $26.00 to $30.00 per hour annual bonus compensation. Your actual base pay will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on several considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
