Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support, managing office tasks, and delivering superior customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative assistance to office staff and management.
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and emails, create service tasks in Teams, to ensure prompt and professional responses.
- Support basic financial tasks such as Accounts Payable entry, expense reporting, and entering credit card charges.
- Provide exceptional customer support through effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records by entering data, filing documents, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Utilize computer software, such as QuickBooks for various administrative functions, including word processing and spreadsheets.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for office needs, and maintain professional relationships with clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist, assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks and other relevant software.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
- Strong customer support skills with an emphasis on professionalism and courtesy.
- Experience in office management or clerical work is advantageous.
