We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from initial planning and budgeting to final completion and handover to the client.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and coordinate all phases of construction projects
Oversee and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
Manage project teams and subcontractors, ensuring they deliver quality work on time and within budget.
Actively monitor and control project costs and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Ensure project compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
Manage project risks and issues, working with stakeholders to identify and address issues before they impact project timelines or budgets.
Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Proactively promote a culture of excellence, safety, and efficiency on all projects.
Requirements:
Minimum of five years of experience in construction project management
Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex construction projects from start to finish.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Expertise in project management tools and techniques, including scheduling software, budget tracking tools, and risk management frameworks
Experience managing teams and subcontractors.
In-depth knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
Ability to work nights and weekends as required to ensure project success.
We offer a competitive salary starting from $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is a full-time position requiring at least 40 hours per week, and some nights and weekends as needed. We also offer paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
