Performance Assessment Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize the company’s performance management system, and develop assessment indicators and evaluation standards.
• Organize and implement employee performance assessments, ensuring the process is fair, just, and transparent.
• Collect and analyze assessment data, provide suggestions for performance improvement, and optimize compensation and incentive plans.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective implementation of performance evaluations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to speak both Chinese and English
• Must be Tech savvy
• Experience in Human Resources and Business Administration
• Experience in performance assessments, such as conducting evaluations or analyzing performance data
• Good communication skills to present findings and work with different teams.
• Basic data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret performance metrics.
