Job Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize the company’s performance management system, and develop assessment indicators and evaluation standards.
- Organize and implement employee performance assessments, ensuring the process is fair, just, and transparent.
- Collect and analyze assessment data, provide suggestions for performance improvement, and optimize compensation and incentive plans.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective implementation of performance evaluations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to speak both Chinese and English
- Must be Tech savvy
- Experience in Human Resources and Business Administration
- Experience in performance assessments, such as conducting evaluations or analyzing performance data
- Good communication skills to present findings and work with different teams.
- Basic data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret performance metrics.
