We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to our office operations, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our organization. Duties:
- Provide general office support, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to efficiently manage administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Offer customer support through timely and professional communication, ensuring a positive experience for our clients.
- Assist with administrative duties, including preparing documents, managing supplies, and maintaining office cleanliness.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Support dental receptionist tasks, including handling patient records and managing the front desk.
- Utilize Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain office files and records, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain office efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong computer literacy skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in a similar capacity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Fluency in Spanish is an asset but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field is an added advantage.
