What are the responsibilities and job description for the Helper - Plumbing Project position at Evolution Maintenance, Inc.?
Service by people who give a damn. Evolution Maintenance Inc. is a Nashville, Tennessee based commercial facilities maintenance company that provides repairs, installations and PM services for national retailers.
We are looking for technicians that will assist with a specific project (expected to last through September 2025) while learning additional skills that could potentially lead to assisting with other plumbing, HVAC and general maintenance jobs in middle Tennessee. Specific project details will be covered during the phone screen but in general, the project involves going to various (pre-defined) locations in Davidson County TN, performing specific tasks on water meters (typically takes 15-30 minutes per location) and gathering specific data via an iPad.
While there may be long term opportunities beyond this project for top performers, this specific project is expected to end in September 2025. The most important qualities to posses are a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Some heavy lifting, bending and outside work will be required. Some trade experience preferred, but not required.

Requirements
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds regularly
- Basic Carpentry, Plumbing, and Handyman experience a plus
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to Travel within the State of Tennessee
- Proficient with Tablets and Web Based Applications
