Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 years of recruiting experience, ideally in HVAC, construction, or skilled trades industries. You will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and securing the best talent to support our aggressive growth. This is a high-impact position where speed, precision, and results matter.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, with a focus on quality and speed.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, trade schools, networking events, and creative strategies to find top-tier blue-collar professionals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure a strong culture fit and high-performance mindset.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a steady stream of skilled candidates to fuel our continued growth.
- Employer Branding: Position Evolution Mechanical as an employer of choice through strategic marketing and recruitment efforts.
- Data-Driven Hiring: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to anticipate staffing needs and implement proactive hiring plans.
Qualifications
- 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in HVAC, construction, or skilled trades industries.
