What are the responsibilities and job description for the Title Clerk/Office Manager position at Evolution Powersports?
Title Clerk / Office Manager
Duties:
- Assisting with F&I and Title work
- Assisting with customer approvals, closing, processing funding information
- Review and Process title documents for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and submit title and credit applications to appropriate agencies
- Coordinate with lenders, and other parties involved in the title transfer process
- Maintain accurate records of all title and financing transactions
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- F&I experience a definite plus
- Previous experience with on-line title processing is also a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent research and problem-solving abilities
