Evolution Research Group (ERG) is looking for a Sr. Director, Early Phase Business Development
Location : Florida preferred, but open to candidates from all locations (remote role)
Sr. Director, Early Phase Business Development
The Sr. Director of Business Development, Early Phase is responsible for driving business growth to our Early Phase Units. This team member will maintain and develop new business and with a proven track record in building productive client relationships in the pharma and biotech industries. To be considered for this role, along with strong selling experience of Early Phase (I - Ib) clinic services, you have also successfully created business opportunities through customer needs identification and relationship building.
What You Will Do
- Achieve sales objectives for ERG early phase services with assigned and expansion of new clients
- Identify new contact leads for potential Phase I Clinical Pharmacology and disease state patient population that aligns with ERG business.
- Develop and implement individual and key account strategies that are specifically geared to the growth and retention of the client base.
