As a Field Technician, you’ll be the boots on the ground: deploying desktops, troubleshooting onsite issues, replacing networking equipment, and making things work for our clients when it matters most. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deploy desktops and workstations at client sites with precision and speed
- Diagnose and resolve onsite issues (hardware, software, network)
- Install and replace firewalls, switches, and access points
- Document your work with photos and clear, detailed ticket notes
- Communicate with the Service Desk and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Represent Evolv I.T. with professionalism and urgency—every time
