The Team Lead is responsible for managing daily operations of the Dispensary. This role requires a cannabis expert who can lead by example, manage best practices, and maintain high standards of professionalism and compassionate customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 consultations with customers to educate them on product offerings and answer questions.
- Assist in cash handling with the POS system and ensure compliance with inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.
- Implement and maintain all policies and procedures of the Company.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years post-secondary education in a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years' experience in a fast-paced customer-service intensive industry, preferably in cannabis retail.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively as part of a team, and maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.
