Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will assist the Chiropractor with patient care and ensure the office runs smoothly. Primary responsibility will be supporting our chiropractic physicians in their clinical work including escorting patients, taking vitals, and resetting rooms between patients. On the job training is available for administering basic supportive treatments under a doctor's supervision (non-licensed activities only).
Occasionally, you will assist our medical reception staff with answering phone calls and emails, and greeting patients as they arrive. If you are organized, friendly, and dedicated to providing a high level of customer care, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities
- Escort patients to their treatment rooms after they check-in with reception
- Interview patients to obtain any missing personal or medical information
- Administer screening assessments as requested
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our electronic medical record system
- Collect vitals, such as blood pressure and weight
- Administering supportive treatment under a doctor's supervision (non-licensed activities only)
- Maintain the cleanliness of the treatment rooms
- Maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies and inventory
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required
- Previous medical experience or training, at minimum basic knowledge of anatomy and taking of vitals
- Experience with electronic medical record systems, a major plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Salary : $18 - $20
