Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete finishing and be able to work effectively on various construction sites. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to collaborate with other construction professionals to deliver high-quality results.
Duties
- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to determine project specifications.
- Work with masonry materials, including stucco and hardscape elements.
- Utilize hand tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform heavy lifting as required during the installation of concrete structures.
- Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople on-site to ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with trim carpentry techniques is a plus.
- Ability to weld is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience working on construction sites with an understanding of safety regulations.
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 55 per week
