Job Overview:
We are looking for a Collaboration Tools Security Specialist to manage and secure access to collaboration tools, focusing on Microsoft Teams. The role will involve enforcing security policies and restricting external access to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- External Access Management: Limit external access to Microsoft Teams and other collaboration tools to approved organizations only.
- Access Restrictions: Implement policies to restrict access to collaboration tools based on security requirements.
- Security Monitoring: Monitor and address security risks related to collaboration platforms, preventing unauthorized access.
- Policy Development: Create and enforce internal security policies for collaboration tools.
- Incident Response: Manage incidents related to collaboration tool security and provide reports.
- Collaboration: Work with IT and security teams to ensure secure and compliant use of collaboration tools.
Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Teams security and external access management.
- Strong knowledge of collaboration tools access management and related security protocols.
- Ability to assess risks and implement security measures effectively.
