We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Microsoft Collaboration Tools Security Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's collaboration tools, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other Microsoft 365 applications. You will work closely with IT and security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
\n- Manage and maintain the security of Microsoft collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Implement and enforce security policies and compliance standards within the Microsoft 365 platform.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and alerts related to collaboration tools.
- Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize security configurations and enhance overall security posture.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on security best practices for collaboration tools.
- Stay updated on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies related to Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
- Develop and maintain documentation for security configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Specialist or similar role with a focus on security in Microsoft Teams
- Experience with Microsoft CASB
- Experience with EntraID
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Strong understanding of security and compliance features within Microsoft 365.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors.
