Project Director - Hospital

Job Title : - Project Director - MidAmerican Division (Onsite)

Location : - Overland Park, KS 66211

Start Date : - 03/10/2025

Length of contract : - 6 Months (high Possibility of contract extension)

Shift : - Day| Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm

Working Hours : - 40 Hrs. Guaranteed

Job Description:-

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years project management experience in managing multiple projects and programs to successful completion across multiple hospitals, business offices, or health systems, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferred

• Experience leading large, enterprise-scale projects or programs preferred

• Healthcare, hospital systems, hospital, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, technical/systems experience a plus

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management/Administration, or other

Comparable Bachelor’s Degree (may be substituted with 7 to 10 years relevant experience).

• Master’s Degree preferred

Certificate/License:

• PMP preferred, but not required

• LEAN and/or SIX SIGMA certification(s) a plus, but not required

Position Entails :

· Typical hospital operational projects, these include strategic growth projects, performance improvement, service line enhancement and some market expansion type projects.

· These may fluctuate and change, but a current state.

Special Skills

· Executive presence, ability to engage and work collaboratively with executives and other stakeholders.

· Hospital operational PM experience would be ideal, ability to create structure around open-ended questions.

· A strong leader that can help execute and deliver on top division initiatives

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
