Project Director

Job Description:

Large National Healthcare company is seeking a Project Director.

Mon-Fri 8 to 5 and 10% Travel is required.

Position Entails:

Typical hospital operational projects, these include strategic growth projects, performance improvement, service line enhancement and also some market expansion type projects.  These may fluctuate and change, but a current state.

Special Skills:

Executive presence, ability to engage and work collaboratively with executives and other stakeholders. Hospital operational PM experience would be ideal, ability to create structure around open ended questions.  A strong leader that can help execute and deliver on top division initiatives

Education:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management/Administration, or other comparable Bachelors Degree (may be substituted with 7 to 10 years relevant experience).
Masters Degree preferred

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years project management experience in managing multiple projects and programs to successful completion across multiple hospitals, business offices, or health systems, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle
Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferred
Experience leading large, enterprise-scale projects or programs preferred
Healthcare, hospital systems, hospital, supply chain, workforce management, financial services, technical/systems experience a plus
