Key Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of litigation, including document collection, review, and discovery production
- Draft, proofread, and file pleadings, motions, and supporting legal documents in both state and federal courts
- Prepare attorneys for hearings, trials, and arbitrations, including organizing exhibits and trial binders
- Maintain and update case files, timelines, and litigation databases with accuracy
- Liaise with clients, experts, vendors, and opposing counsel to support case strategy and deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, with significant exposure to business litigation
- Associate’s degree in paralegal studies required; bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
- Strong command of federal and state court rules and e-filing systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support platforms (e.g., Relativity, CaseMap, or similar)
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines with a high level of attention to detail

Salary : $80,000 - $105,000
