What were looking for:
Evolved Commerce is looking for an experienced VP of Sales & Business Development to join our team with Ecommerce or Amazon experience. In this role you will bring your sales and leadership experience to manage our sales development team. This position will be required to collaborate with other departments such as marketing and distribution to maximize sales results.
The VP of Sales & Business Development will be expected to meet or exceed assigned sales goals, as well as lead new initiatives to drive future growth. They will be instrumental in helping us role out a new sales initiative and team in order to scale and continue to grow the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead, coach, and manage Sales Development Team to ensure consistent practices and processes hit pipeline goals
- Develop, maintain, and drive strategy in alignment with company goals and objectives
- Build, implement and refine Sales Development operations and practices to ensure high degree of efficiency, effectiveness, and personalization
- Identify, track and present key performance metrics to Executives demonstrating success and calling out areas requiring attention
- Monitor sales team performance and identify and implement improvements in training of systems, technical skills, policies and procedures
- Collaborate and align with Marketing, Distribution, Sales and Operations leadership teams to ensure we are operating effectively as one unit
- Communicate effectively within the organization and cross-functional partners
What you should have:
- 3 years sales management experience
- 6 years experience in sales
- ECommerce and/or Amazon
- Fluency in prospecting tools and platforms (Salesforce, Slack, Clickup, Etc.) and understanding of highly effective prospecting strategies and tactics
- Experience working in a rapidly growing, fast-paced organization
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

Our VP of Sales & Business Development makes a typical base salary range of $85,000 a year and has uncapped potential. Commissions increase compensation on average 60-100% of base salary. Bonuses will also be paid based on the team performance and exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
