Compensation
- First year compensation $85,000 to $95,000 annually (DOE) plus $5k sign-on bonus!

- Master's degree in a relevant field with three plus (3 ) years relevant experience, including management and providing clinical supervision.
- Active independent licensure and in good standing with AZBBHE, including the ability to provide clinical supervision.
- Prior history and success leading, managing, and motivating teams to deliver value and bottom-line results.
- Proven experience optimizing resources to execute a plan in collaboration with a cross-functional team
- You are a skilled clinician with experience working across the spectrum of adverse mental and behavioral symptoms.
