Our platform, FRACTION, is a market-leading SaaS product designed to revolutionise the recruitment process by offering an end-to-end solution. As we evolve, our Recruitment-as-a-Service (RaaS) offering will transition into a self-serve SaaS product, requiring a strategic sales professional to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
We are looking for a SaaS Sales Specialist who will own the entire sales cycle for FRACTION (to start with) from lead generation and demos to pricing, negotiations, and closing deals. This role requires a results-driven sales expert who understands how to market and sell SaaS products, drive automation, and scale revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End SaaS Sales Ownership: Develop and execute sales strategies for FRACTION, ensuring successful market adoption.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Generate leads, book meetings, and drive engagement to ensure a steady pipeline of prospects.
- Sales Execution & Closing: Present value propositions, negotiate pricing, and close deals effectively.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Understand product lifecycle and develop scalable sales automation strategies.
- Revenue Growth & Licensing Models: Sell licenses, explore new monetisation approaches, and engage potential partners.
- Customer & Partner Engagement: Build relationships with prospects, customers, and potential sponsors to drive long-term adoption.
- Technical Sales Knowledge: Collaborate and understand the product side of things to make platform enhancements and ensure technical alignment in sales pitches.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Work with leadership to develop revenue strategies, set goals, and optimise sales performance.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Align with marketing teams to drive demand generation efforts.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in SaaS sales, business development, and GTM strategy, preferably in B2B or recruitment technology.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, sales automation, and pipeline management.
- Ability to own and optimise the sales funnel, driving high-quality conversions and revenue growth.
- Experience in pricing strategy, sales forecasting, and revenue modeling.
- Ability to sell SaaS products
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of sales enablement tools is a plus.
- Strategic thinker who can balance sales execution with long-term business growth.
- Self-starter with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership of a product and its revenue stream.
