We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead HR operations and drive organizational growth for a leading aerospace and defense company. Reporting directly to the CEO, this executive role oversees talent acquisition, HR systems, benefits, compliance, and more. The VP of HR will partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, with a key focus on M&A integrations and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals and growth.
- Lead HR integration during mergers and acquisitions.
- Drive HRIS and benefits solutions tailored for scalability.
- Ensure compliance with federal employment regulations, including OFCCP standards.
- Provide strategic guidance to executives on workforce planning and talent development.
- Build and lead a high-performing HR team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
Extensive track record managing HR teams at the executive level.
Proven ability to lead HR in mergers and acquisitions.
Familiarity with OFCCP compliance standards and practices.
SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent senior-level credentials.
Demonstrated adaptability in dynamic, high-growth settings.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
