Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team at our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our processes and contributing to our goal of delivering high-quality products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and monitor process equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine sampling and testing to ensure product quality and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments, including shipping, QC, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and problem-solving.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
- H.S. Diploma or equivalent required; 2-4 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
- Computer knowledge and basic math skills essential.
- Forklift experience a plus; ability to lift up to 55 lbs. without mechanical assistance also required.
- Ability to read and interpret instruments, gauges, etc., and communicate effectively with others.
