- Operate and maintain equipment such as reactors, filters, pumps, valves, heat exchangers, bag houses, spray dryers, compressors, and other process equipment. ">
- Perform field quality tests and document results in SPC program. ">
- Assist with material transfer, production processing, and other chemical operations within the production process. ">
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to site ESHQ procedures, cGMP's, and SOPs. ">
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient production processes and high-quality products. ">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- High school education or general equivalence diploma required. ">
- Previous experience in a chemical manufacturing environment preferred. ">
- Strong work ethic, good attitude, and ability to work independently and effectively communicate with team members and other departments. ">
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on an occasional basis and perform physical tasks for 12-hour periods, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, pushing, pulling, and twisting. ">
- Experience with pumps, valves, and motors preferred. ">
