Production Operator / Operations Technician will carry out the activities involved in the manufacture of specialty chemicals. Employee must follow ISO and PSM procedures in all phases of production operations. Performs SAP functions in data entry and also performs laboratory analyses, as needed. Knowledge of IMDG and 49 CFR dangerous goods certification for shipment of materials. Follows established quality standards, Company safety standards and EHS policies at all times.
Operation of reactors :
- Load and unload tank wagons and rail cars, both raw materials and finished products
- Perform blending operations in storage tanks
- Operation of facility's reactors for batch operations
- Transfer materials between vessels
- Perform blending operations in storage tanks
