Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., production, engineering) for continuous improvement.
• Lead equipment failure investigations using root cause analysis and other techniques.
• Analyze and report on reliability data, recommending improvements to enhance equipment and process reliability.
• Guide mechanical maintenance personnel in equipment repair, maintenance, and installation to support continuous plant operations.
• Support continuous improvement and cost reduction through site Strategic Partnerships.
• Design and modify asset care/maintenance strategies using risk-based methods (RCM, FMEA).
• Optimize spare parts development and work with specialized equipment to solve problems.
• Track and develop maintenance department KPIs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
• At least five (5) years of experience as a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer
• Nice to haves: Experience in Process Safety Management and Chemical Plants; Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP); Vibration Analysis and Machinery Lubrication certifications; Experience in Precision Maintenance
