The Quality Manager ensures a strong safety culture while overseeing Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management functions. This role provides technical leadership to improve quality processes, minimize costs, ensure regulatory compliance, and meet plant and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce safety culture, ensuring compliance with all EHS policies and regulations (OSHA, EPA, RMP, etc.).
• Oversee and improve Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, EFfCI, RC 14001, Halal).
• Develop, implement, and maintain analytical methods, internal audits, and customer compliance programs.
• Act as site lead for external audits and coordinate quality initiatives across departments.
• Ensure accurate, timely product analysis and maintain calibration of all quality-related equipment.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints in collaboration with Production and Supply Chain.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and cost efficiency.
• Lead and develop the Quality team, ensuring proper training, compliance, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain SAP QM module and oversee accurate transaction processing.
• Ensure effective communication and workflow between Quality, Supply Chain, and other site functions.
  
  

Requirements

• Education: BS in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5 years in a quality management role within manufacturing.
• Preferred Certifications: ISO 9001 and RC 14001 internal auditor certification (lead auditor in at least one Preferred).
• Preferred Skills: Safety leadership, SAP proficiency, analytical expertise, regulatory compliance knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration.
