Executes and/or coordinates an element of the facilities or maintenance service of a medium - large organization.
Responsibilities
- Respond to requests for information about the availability of people or facilities to assist in arranging business meetings.
- Manage and update Technical Services cost reporting dashboard data as well as project reporting
- Maintenance/Reliability E-time/Payroll (Also, need a secondary to TI Admin)
- Review with management team overtime exceptions report to Payroll department
- Initiate contractor service requisitions, invoice approvals and gate log checks
- Maintain Workday training program for Technical Services
- Coordinate and manage PlantDoc and plant-specific training for Technical Services
- Manage vehicle fleet for Technical Services and be the point of contact for our Fleet Manager
- Manage SAP maintenance notifications & work orders assigned to Technical Services’ buildings and assets.
- Point of contact for new employee onboarding (IT tickets, ADP, badges, etc.)
- Work together with our onsite medical services department to schedule/maintain medical surveillance schedule for direct employees within the department.
- Maintain outline agreements for Technical Services
- Manage AVETTA
- Support Technical Services meetings and regional travel on an as needed basis
- A four-year bachelor’s degree in business or in a technical discipline is strongly preferred.
- The incumbent should possess strong organizational and task management skills.
- A proactive work style and a natural inclination to take the lead are crucial for this role.
- The incumbent should be able to provide past examples of improvement initiatives, project management and/or other forms of leadership.
- This position requires at least two years of experience working closely with upper management levels. The incumbent should be confident and comfortable working in a professional manner.
- 3-5 years work experience, Microsoft Suites and SAP experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong business acumen, creativity, and a solid understanding of what is required for success in the specialty chemical business are necessary.
- The incumbent must be politically savvy and able to function effectively in a highly complex and matrixed organizational structure.
- Strong influencing skills and the ability to get results in the absence of formal authority are indispensable for this role.
- Impeccable integrity, discretion, tact, and the ability to handle highly confidential information are vital.
- This position requires a strong leader and independent thinker who can deliver results.
