Responsibilities

• Prepare and arrange work orders for all types of maintenance activities
• Steering of work orders to meet the requirements of the plant operation and service units
• Plan, realize and improve maintenance concepts according to the requirements of plant availability
• Plan stock level of required spare parts and spare equipment with service units
• Prepare preventive maintenance plans and control the realization
• Plan and organize maintenance and repair works during plant shut-down
• Ensure the realization of technical safety measures in the production facilities
• Ensure the operation of the technical facilities according to environmental requirements
• Plan technical measures and prepare investment applications with other involved departments
• Plan and realize technical improvements and optimization of the production facilities
• Manage plant related projects
• Support weak point analysis of the production facilities
• Support the management and update of plant documentation
• Follow the company regulations regarding IP-protection and code of conduct etc.
• Manage and control Plant maintenance cost and related Capex Project cost
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor degree above. Major in electricity, instrumentation, automation or mechanical and electricity integrity
• Rich experience expected in engineering or maintenance services with focuses on mechanical equipment and machinery
• Basic knowledge of chemical process technology and production
• Fluent verbal and written skills in English and Chinese. German language is a plus point
• Experiences with SAP preferred
• Independent and team-oriented style of working which is characterized by a sense of responsibility, flexibility and a high level of personal initiative
• Good interpersonal communication skills
• A high level of organization and coordination capability
