Role Description
This is a full-time Event Coordinator role located in San Diego, CA. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning and managing various events, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer and partner experience, overseeing event logistics, and supporting sales efforts related to events along with partner proof of performance.
Qualifications
- Event Planning and Event Management skills
- Digital Marketing Experience: Canva, EventZille, etc.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with event coordination in Technology is a plus
