Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification:
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria to ensure they align with the company's target customer profile.
- Engage with leads to understand their needs, challenges, and fit for our products/services.
- Constant documentation of all interactions and insights in the CRM.
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a database of leads and continuously seek new opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
Coordinating and Closing Sales:
- Present tailored solutions that clearly outline features, pricing, implementation timelines, and the value-add of our services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless integration into the lender’s existing workflow.
- Maintain proactive communication, addressing any concerns and guiding lenders through the final steps to fully realize their investment.
Pipeline Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel.
- Schedule and participate in meetings, product demos, and consultations to address client needs and answer questions.
- Provide regular updates on lead status and pipeline health to the Sales Manager and other team members.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Track sales metrics, including lead-to-close rates, pipeline volume, and revenue targets.
- Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead quality, sales activities, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 years in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a team player with a strong work ethic.
Salary : $50,000 - $75,000
