We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Patient Concierge to join our team.
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic, sales-oriented representative with a passion for the aesthetics industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spa and medspa services, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to drive revenue growth. This role requires a self-starter who can manage tasks independently, meet goals, and contribute to the overall success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, ensuring prompt and professional handling of all client inquiries.
- Engage with new and existing patients to drive revenue growth through excellent sales skills and personalized service.
- Provide accurate patient treatment recommendations based on a thorough understanding of spa and medspa services.
- Manage appointment bookings efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up with patients to ensure high levels of customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Maintain and manage membership concierge clients with the utmost professionalism.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for tracking and reporting purposes (Excel proficiency required).
- Utilize technology to update backend systems and troubleshoot as necessary.
- Develop, update, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team members to streamline business processes and enhance efficiency.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide top-tier service.
- Assist with in-person tasks as needed in the office.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the aesthetics, spa, or medspa field.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and goals.
- Knowledge of business processes and a strategic mindset for driving growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and update backend technologies.
- Ability to develop and follow SOPs.
- Experience in booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and a commitment to patient confidentiality.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
