Our Growing Restaurant Group is seeking General Managers, FOH Supervisors, Sous Chef's and Executive Chefs.
A busy Italian Inspired, American Made Restaurant is seeking experienced Restaurateurs to manage the staff and operation of our establishment. The successful candidate with be responsible for the implementation of our restaurant's policies and procedures, and will participate in achieving our high standards of hospitality. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that staff remain compliant with the high quality standards of food and hospitality.
Examples of Restaurant Manager Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Train & Supervise staff
2. Ensure all food safety procedures are strictly adhered to according to sanitary regulations
3. Work closely with management to meet revenue objectives
4. Implement appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales
5. Maintain safe working conditions
6. Follow company policies and procedures regarding the handling of cash, property, products and equipment
7. Audit inventory to ensure product availability, and order products as necessary
