Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a similar role or within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and monthly account reconciliations.
- Monitor labor productivity and oversee payroll records, ensuring accurate budget alignment.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial training and simplify financial concepts.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $100,000.00 per year
