SkyBridge Luxury & Associates has partnered with a luxury resort in Coastal Georgia to source an exceptional Assistant Director of Finance. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a dynamic leader to support the Director of Finance with implementing resort-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of the hotel’s target guests.

Primary areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to the following:
- Audits invoices against purchase orders
- Attend required training and meetings
- Maintain the integrity of Company proprietary information and protect Company assets
- Maintain complete knowledge in the use of all office equipment, property management systems, and access according to specifications
- Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company policies and procedures
- Assists Director of Finance with projects as needed
- Assist Director of Finance in preparation of budgets, reviews budget proposals and prepares necessary supporting documentation and justification
- Works with the executive team to develop and maintain an accurate financial forecast
- Assist Director of Finance to provide management with timely reviews of the organization’s financial status and progress in its various programs and activities
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in accounting, business, or related area - required
- 2 years of experience in Accounting - preferred
- 2 years of relevant work experience in similar scope and title – preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
